Can I Choose What Comes In The Mixed Box?

We cannot currently guarantee what will be in your box due to the ongoing Covid 19 situation and the uncertainty of stock from our suppliers. It will have enough in it for you to get by, and there’s always google and new dishes to try.

If you do not need or want any item in your box please consider giving it to any neighbours, especially any elderly and vulnerable people and those that do not have any family nearby.

Can I Choose My Delivery Time?

Most of our orders, depending on your location, are on a next day or 48 hour delivery schedule. Local to our farm in Thurston is quicker.

If your order is not urgent or you would like your order to be delivered on a specific day please let us know in the notes section of your order and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee anything at the moment.

Can I Change My Delivery Method?

Please contact us with your order number and we can change the delivery method for you. If there is any additional delivery charges these will need to be paid before we can deliver your order.

Can I Change My Order Once It's Confirmed And Paid For?

Unfortunately you cannot change your order online once it’s been confirmed and paid for.

Box Information

Do I Have To Include A Box In My Order?

Your order can be made up of anything from our online shop. 

Am I Tied Into A Contract?

Whether your make a single order or use our subscription service you’re not tied into any type of contract. You can close your account at anytime.

Can I Change My Order Once It's Confirmed And Paid For?

Unfortunately you cannot change your order online once it’s been confirmed and paid for.

Do I Have To Order Every Week?
Not at all. You can set up a regular weekly or fortnightly subscription order, or place one-off orders as and when suits you. 
Can I Pause My Subscription (For Example For A Holiday)?

Yes. Simply login to your account, select your subscription and click on the Suspend button. This will place the subscription On Hold. When you would like the subscription to recommence simply click on the Reactivate button and your regular order will continue as before.

Delivery

Can I Change My Delivery Method?

Please contact us with your order number and we can change the delivery method for you. If there is a delivery charge required we’ll be in touch to arrange payment.

Do You Charge For Delivery?

We have the following delivery rules:-

 

  1. If your order is £20 or over and you are located within 10 miles of the farm then it will be free delivery.
  2. If your order is under £20 and you are located within 10 miles of the farm then delivery will be £4.
  3. Any value order located within 10 – 20 miles of the farm will incur a £4 delivery charge.
  4. Any value order located over 20 miles of the farm will incur a £15 delivery charge.
How Do I Arrange Local Pickup?

All Local Pickup orders must be organised before hand so please call the office on 07885376197, email orders@fieldofdreamsfarm.co.uk or contact us via our online message system (10am – 4pm) to confirm collection date.

We cannot organise for Local Pickup on the same day of ordering, the earliest we can have it ready for you is the next day.

ALL collections must be made at 5pm. If you cannot make it for 5pm please contact our office to arrange a specific time with us. However there may be a wait as our collections point is not continually staffed.

As per Covid-19 concerns we have a sterilised collection point, we follow hygiene and social distancing guidelines and can you please remember to bring your own bags to transfer your order into.

Will My Delivery Come At The Same Time Each Week?

We order and arrange our delivery rounds each week depending on what deliveries we have in your area. We’re aiming to get all orders delivered within 72 hours of payment and confirmation.

This means we make more deliveries with fewer vans, which is great for the environment.

Payment

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept all UK credit and debit cards as well as a UK bank transfer (BACS).

Why Am I Getting A Card Declined Message During Checkout?

There could be several reasons you’re getting a card declined message. The most common problem is that there has been a mistake when entering your details. Confirm that your CVC code is correct, this is the last three digits on the reverse of your card.

We use Stripe for all our card transactions. It’s one of the largest payment gateways in the world and works with the banks to help ensure that the transaction process is smooth. Occasionally some banks (often HSBC) may flag the transaction as fraudulent. To resolve this, you’ll need to contact your bank and explain the payment you are attempting to make. 

Subscriptions
